Chapter Presidents
As a P4P Chapter President, you will start a P4P Chapter/Club in your school/region, promote P4P, and look for volunteers in your area!
Important Notice: Please ensure that ALL PRESIDENTS of a chapter fill out the application form if you are running the chapter with others. Vice-Presidents are selected by the Chapter Presidents (and not the P4P Executive Team) so they do not need to complete this form.

Recruit peers from your school/region to join the P4P club

Run a Google Classroom to keep all volunteers organized

Host regular meetings (optional) or check-in meetings to provide updates

Be responsible when hosting club meetings - You are representing our organization!

Let the Executives know what was done during every meeting

We will share documents with all ambassadors where you can log club activity (read below to see how this relates to volunteer hour distribution)​

Partner with a cancer centre/hospital in your area to send your volunteers' cards to.

In order to receive hours:

You must submit proof that a Google Classroom has been created. If you are using another platform that is fine.

Number of hours you receive is based on the length of any club meetings + any additional preparation time.

You will keep track of all your club activity in the same document as indicated under the "Club Guidelines" section.

You must let an Executive know as soon as possible should you wish to terminate your position as a Chapter President.
